We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at tryaurema@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

📦 Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

🚫 Non-returnable items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumable products (such as capsules or supplements) cannot be returned.
